On July 3, 2009, Anistyn reached a MAJOR milestone--she learned how to ride a bike without training wheels!!! Kevin had tried to teach her last summer, but she just wasn't ready. She came to him Friday afternoon and said "Daddy, how 'bout you take off my training wheels?" Of course he couldn't say no to that, so he took them off and after one brief fall in the driveway and 5 minutes later, she was cruising around the circle! We were so proud! She was SO excited and decided that we needed to head over to the park and ride around in the big parking lot. When we were there Kevin thought she would have fun riding with a friend so he called her friend Britton and he came right over. They had a great time. Over the past few days she has told everyone she comes into contact with. Uncle Matt's comment was, "That is a day that everyone remembers". It's true--she'll remember it for the rest of her life--and so will I!

YEAH!!!!! Good job Annie!!!! We are very proud. Next year, you'll have to teach Reagan how to do this. Love the protective gear - good job!
