A couple of weeks ago Anistyn had her first dance recital. The theme was The Wizard of Oz and her group were all dressed up as little Dorothys. She was ADORABLE. I was stressing out that she would get on stage and refuse to perform. While I was at Girls Camp her dance pictures were scheduled. My mom had the kids that day, so she got her all ready and took her over. She refused to have her picture taken--not even with her class. Oh well--life goes on. Much to my surprise (and relief), she did great at her dress rehearsal and was SO animated at the actual performance. I was laughing and crying at the same time. I was so proud of her and absolutely LOVED watching her. She is getting so grown up and is such a beautiful little girl--inside and out.
