Last night, as I do
every night, I went to check on our kids one last time before I went to bed. I had to run and get my camera because they just melted my heart (more than normal).
Anistyn was sleeping with her sleep mask with a sticker on her face and Stockton had his hand tightly clutched to Buzz
Lightyear. I got thinking about how blessed we are to have one of each. We get to experience all of the
girly stuff, along with all of the fun boy stuff. I can't believe how different they are. It never ceases to amaze me about how much of their interests were
inherent upon birth. I grew up with 2 sisters and no brothers, so all of this boy stuff is new to me. Actually, a lot of the
girly stuff is new to me too, since I wasn't very "
girly" as a child. Maybe that's why sometimes I relate better to Stockton? Who knows??? All I know is that I am grateful for these two little
munchkins and the joy they bring me every day.

I love sleeping kids! I don't know what it is, maybe because they are so vulnerable but I love it. What sweet pictures. I feel the same way about my kiddos!
