Today the weather was absolutely PERFECT!!! Kevin's cousin Nicole invited us to go to the zoo with her and her daughter Chloe and her nephew, Morgan. Who could resist with this kind of weather??? When I told Anistyn about it yesterday she was SO excited she couldn't even sleep last night--which made me wonder if maybe my kids don't get out enough??? The kids had a great time seeing the animals, riding the train and carousel, and playing at the zoo park. Hopefully Spring will provide us with at least a few more days like today before the heat comes!
I don't think I've ever actually heard a turkey "gobble" until today. It was hilarious! The kids got such a kick out of it--it was the highlight of the day!

Oh my gosh how funny Rachel, my son loved the turkeys too! Of all the animals!
we went to the zoo the other day and wyatt loved it! it's fun to go with little kids, much more entertaining!
