So, I'm REALLY enjoying Kevin having his pilot license! Yesterday we got to fly to St. George and spend the day with my grandma and Miles. We had so much fun! We left early in the morning and came home late at night. It was a LONG day, but we loved it! Kevin did an amazing job. It was a smooth flight. The kids did good, but were glad to get home after such a long day.

The sunset over Cedar City on the way home.....so pretty!
The GPS and instruments in the plane....so cool! We are still trying to figure out how pilots used to fly at night without GPS and not run into a mountain!
Our kids on the way home.......EXHAUSTED!!!!
Can't wait for our next trip!

So glad you are home safe. We worry about ya'll flying all over the place. Looks like a great day - we missed you at the family party :(
Oh my goodness, how fun to be able to do that. I would be scared though, were you scared?
They only time I was scared was coming through parts of Southern Utah at night--all of the mountains and ridges! You definitely have to trust the GPS at night!
How does that work? Can you go flying whenever you want? Do you have your own plane? You should stop in Cedar next time!
I know EXACTLY where you can go next time!!! :) What an amazing experience for your kids (and you, too). But, seriously, can you imagine the poor other kids at preschool? What did you do over the weekend? Oh, my dad flew us to all these great places! So cool!
So fun a little family trip in a plane!
I am jealous you can fly there for the day. I love Cedar and St. George. Too cool.
Anistyn's little sleeping face with her glasses still on. . . that is so cute!
How lucky! I haven't seen Aunt Sarah forever, I miss her. Your kids are so cute, I love the pictures of them asleep in the back. =) Nothing quite like a sleeping child.
