A conversation I had today with Anistyn:
Anistyn: Mommy, can I play Mario Kart?
Me: Sure, but only for 30 minutes.
Anistyn: How come only for 30 minutes???
Me: Because it's not healthy to sit for very long and play video games.
Anistyn: How about I play it while I'm standing and I wiggle a lot?
