Boys are SO much different than girls!!! Stockton is now at the exact same age that Anistyn was when we moved into this house. We had put locks on cabinets and done other baby-proofing at our old house because we knew we were "supposed to". When we moved into our new house, we realized that we didn't need to because she just didn't get into stuff. Well, Stockton is just the opposite. The minute he learned to roll (yes, roll, not crawl) he has been into everything! We learned quickly that we had to put on cabinet locks, lock all doors, and not leave anything on the floor because everything goes in his mouth. Well, today was no exception. Today he decided since everything else was either locked or out of reach, he would try something new--getting into the fireplace! Oh, and for those of your wondering--soot does not come out of carpet!

His favorite blankie--now needing to be washed again for the 2nd time since last night.
HOWEVER, I wouldn't trade him for a million girls! ( :

Thank heaven for little BOYS!
What's a little soot? Come on, lighten up! :) I had to put a rug in the middle of our living room, because in addition to MY boys, I used to babysit three other boys. Yeah, that much sippy cup spillage just doesn't ever come out. Boys! Love 'em!
He is so cute! Wyatt is the same way, into EVERYTHING! He tries for Andrea's fireplace every time we're over there.
