Cutest thing ever....

One of my favorite things about seeing Anistyn learn new things is finding little notes that she has written on her own.  I think one of the cutest things ever is when kids start to write things on their own.  Their spelling totally cracks me up.  But, I've come to realize just how difficult the English language is to learn.  We teach kids how to sound words out phonetically, but that only works some of the time.  There are all of these crazy rules that we have to learn.  I guess that's why it's so fun to see how kids write things without any help.  The other day I found 2 notes that Anistyn had written.  They made me smile, so I thought I'd share.  

Translation:  "Stockton is Anistyn's brother.  Sometimes he is crazy but he is nice.  He has yellow hair.  He has blue eyes and he is a medium boy."

Translation:  "I go to a school named Willow Canyon.  My teacher is named Mrs. Erickson and I like it there and my principal is named Mr. Theobald."
